Tier0 dll failed to load

Hello,

I have problem running it on my windows 10 pc, I'm trying to host a LAN server on my pc.

I followed the instructions for Running on Windows, downloaded the repo and extracted it to the server folder, made changes to the win.ini file.

However, when I tried to run the win.bat file to start the server, I got two pop up saying

**Launcher Error

Failed to load the tier0 DLL

Path: "c:\Users\Spoo\Desktop\tier0.dll"

Error: (0x0000007e) The specified module could not be found.**

and

**Launcher Error

Failed to load tier0**

The cmd also display the following text.

Using SteamCMD to check for updates.
Attempting to create backup file of server\game\csgo\gameinfo.gi...

Please help.
