[Bug]: MetaMod not loaded, atleast via docker #258

What is the bug

Hi, for some reason commands like !settings, !map, !ws etc don't work
and also MatchZy does not seem to be loading correctly
meta list shows me command meta not found
I'm using docker compose and made sure to do docker build -t cs2-modded-server .; docker compose up after a git pull so that should not be an issue
