Make `TCP` and `UDP` available to be used for other NApps by moving them to this NApp. Right now there are implemented in `sdntrace`, [code](https://github.com/kytos-ng/sdntrace/blob/master/shared/extd_nw_types.py). Related [issue](https://github.com/kytos-ng/sdntrace/issues/81) from `sdntrace`.
