2. Key projects section — brief descriptions of flagship repos: apps.github-ai-agents, labrats.work.hetzner.cluster, apps.dev-containers, github-runners
3. Infrastructure highlights — what the org runs (self-hosted ARC runners, GitOps cluster, AI automation)
4. Professional framing — target: Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE/Cloud Engineer roles, based in Warsaw, Poland

• Keep it concise and scannable (recruiters spend ~30 seconds)
• Use GitHub-flavored markdown, badges where appropriate
• Do NOT add architecture diagrams (those belong in org.docs)
