Accumulate adds 50% damage, and vulnerable adds 50% damage, yet they don't add the same amount due to additive vs multiplicative scaling.
Most things in StS 2 scale multiplicatively, so it would be less surprising if Accumulate also did.
If 50% multiplicative damage is too much for balance reasons, the percentage should IMO be reworked, and made to be multiplicative. Strikes going from 12 damage to 15 damage with +50% is unexpected.
I did notice the text on the card, by the way! I have no clue about how it works balance wise, but it seems like a fun card.
