Full Sync acceleration

Full sync is fully behind regular execution with regards to optimizations. This is a non-comprehensive list of optimizations for it:

• Pipeline Body Download with Execution. #6479
• Replace Trie Layers with LRU cache in Full sync #6480
• Parallel Body Download from Multiple Peers #6481
• Reduce Receipt Validation Overhead in full sync #6482
• Test higher batch sizes in full sync(2k, 4k, 8k). #6483
• Use Pipelined Execution instead of sequential for Full sync #6484 Leaving this to the end because it might not be trivial if we remove the trie layers.

How to test this: how long does it take to reach a certain block in hoodi full sync (e.g. 500k). Ideally full sync, but currently the 2.5M blocks take about 18 hours, which is too long for testing.
