Proposal: Change license to -the "or-later" version of GPLv2 instead of "-only" to make it compatible with version GPLv3 #3

Hi,
was looking into using your project for another agi-based project, but notice it is under the older GPLv2-license, and "GPLv2-only". This makes it a no-no for the GPLv3 project I was thinking about. Would it there be any possibility to instead update the license to the "-or-later" version of GPLv2? https://spdx.org/licenses/GPL-2.0-or-later.html - That would in practice mean one could release a GPLv3-project using bits of Jag correctlyi. Also, It would mean compatibility with both GPLv2 and GPLv3 projects instead of only GPLv2. Thanks for jagi.
