1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

In my workflow, I use the agent node, and there are always scenarios where the tool is not called. Instead, I directly fabricate the result of the tool call based on the message memory. How can I avoid this? My prompt word has already indicated in multiple places that it is forbidden to fabricate data based on contextual information without calling the corresponding tool? Is there any way for me to remove the results of historical tool calls
