Pay Later Message On Checkout Page Disappears If Selecting Another Payment Method But Doesn't Re-Appear If Selecting PayPal Again

On the actual checkout page, if you have the PayPal Pay Later Messages Enabled, on first load, the "pay in 3 interest-free payments of" shows just below the total price.

If you then decide to select another payment method (if you have other payment methods enabled), the Pay Later message disappears, which you would expect it to do; but if you then select "PayPal" again as your payment method, the PayPal Pay Later message doesn't appear again.

Noting that this issue occurs when using One-Page Checkout, but not the built-in 3-page checkout. That's because the Pay Later messaging is in the order-totals' block, which is refreshed when a payment-module changes. The Pay Later messaging magically appears on the full-page's rendering via a PayPal-specific javascript load.
