• 旧行为迁移（remote-derived auth/profile）到新 SSOT
• feature flag 灰度（profile_ssot_v2）
• 明确 downgrade / rollback playbook

接口

• 启动迁移任务 + 迁移报告
• profile_ssot_v2=true/false
• block_remote_secret_pull=true（默认 true）

验收标准

• 迁移成功率与失败恢复路径明确
• 开关可控，不造成不可逆数据损坏
• 回滚后服务可用且数据一致
