It sounds like you've updated to Firefox 57, which this extension doesn't work with, and is very unlikely it ever will again.

You'll probably either need to swap to something like Firefox ESR, which is based on Firefox 52 for now and won't be updated until Firefox 57 until the middle of next year:

... or look for an alternative SQLite GUI. I'm one of the developers for this one:

But there are several others around if ours doesn't suit you for some reason. 😄

Hmmm, there is one other potential approach too. There are some forks of Firefox, based upon Firefox before the change which broke SQLite Manager. Waterfox is one example, though I've never used it. Other people have mentioned various others at times, though I've not personally tried them out.
