What's needed:

  • install and setup MySQL server both on comment server as well as elsewhere
  • Migrate DDL to be compliant with MySQL datatypes
  • Simplify existing queries to be MySQL compliant
  • Create a quick setup script for MySQL server so unit-tests can run on Travis CI
