Information about the challenge should be available to anyone to read about
This should include:

• Link to district explorers website
• Information about the duration and aim of the challenge
• Who will be taking part in the challenge
• Why we're doing the challenge
• What prizes will be given
• The launch date

And should be the first item to be added to the website.
This can just be a one-page static website.
