Small tooltip bug for groundlevel in tagtool

Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?

• I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
  I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.

Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?

• I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.

What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

apparetnly it is more fiddly than simple
Initially when I checked in a single player instance just now, on mcol 1.21.1 , 1.1.1104, struct 1.0.787, at first it did work
after just keeping the UI open and hovering over the tags and blocks next to them it did start messing up again

What I did is hover over assorted UI elements to raise tooltips (the registered tags, the existing tags tag section and block section)
It quickly became incorrect
