[Bug]: 自部署：本地skill同步到远端或者网页版商城安装skill问题

What happened?

问题1：本地skill同步到远端或者网页版商城安装skill，桌面版第一次点击“从远程更新”正常，二次及以上出现报错：Backup restore completed with 2 file errors: skill dev-review, skill file 859af4f0-0672-4245-b514-a5493a53fa61/SKILL.md
问题2：本地skill “备份到远程” 出现：Sync snapshot is invalid: skills.0.source_url: source_url must use HTTP(S)，是问题2导致的问题1？

Steps to reproduce

1. 我的skill->点击新建->扫描本地->选择路径并导入
   2.设置->数据同步->自部署->点击备份到远程-------出现问题2
   3.设置->数据同步->自部署->多次点击从远程更新------解决问题2然后出现问题1

我是只加了1个skill,导致出现报错2 files error. 可能跟数据库副本或者备份有关，导致出现有 "n" 个 skills,就会报错 2n 个files.......
