Updates to the Wiki

I fleshed out and expanded the information in the Wiki. My goal was to make using unifi-os-server more approachable since it's so useful. It's at: https://github.com/richb-hanover/unifi-os-server/wiki

MAJOR PROVISO: This all needs careful checking and proofreading. I have marked some places (in italics) where I have questions. I believe that I have kept the everything correct, but someone who knows more than I do should verify everything.

I made changes to all the files, specifically:

• Home page has more introductory information: what unifi-os-server does, why use a Docker container, an overview of its operation, and links to the other pages.

• Getting Started: more information about using docker compose; added a side note about Raspberry Pi, so the system requirements don't sound so forbidding.

• Troubleshooting: very minor edits, mostly to make markdownlint happy

• New "Migrating" page: I moved this text from the Getting Started page since it interrupted the "getting started" flow.

Please let me know of corrections or omissions. If this is useful, let me know how I can add it to the current wiki. Thanks.

My PR for podman was closed as out of scope for this repo, but you can look into it and see if you find anything useful

FYI: I was not able to complete a migration without a unifi account. I got an error that the user did not match when attempting to import the backup. I tried many things to make the accounts match, but nothing worked.

Once I created a unifi account, authorized access to my original network application, I was able to restore the config into the new OS environment on initialization, and everything came over properly.

@lemker Is the Wiki text useful (https://github.com/richb-hanover/unifi-os-server/wiki)? I wrote it for my own edification, but it's your site and you can publish it or not. I really do appreciate your efforts to make this container available.
