Testing AI workflow after configuring it to use GitHub App token.
What was fixed:
- Added actions/create-github-app-token step
- Uses BOT_APP_ID and BOT_APP_PRIVATE_KEY
- Matches pattern from other workflows in this repo

- Should successfully fetch issue details
- AI should triage and add labels
- Should post helpful comment
