STDD V3.0 已发布。距离 V2.9.6 正式版主要更新如下：

🧠 跨项目知识图谱（Knowledge Graph）
新增 knowledge-graph.yaml 跨项目知识网络：从每个项目的实战经验中提炼失败模式、架构决策与修复模板。通过 stdd knowledge merge/query/predict/fix
四命令实现跨项目分析——模式识别、疗效评估、趋势分析、关联发现与风险预测。DELIVER 阶段自动合并图谱，SPEC 阶段自动风险预测，让"这次踩过的坑"沉淀为整个生态的共享资产。

🤖 Agent 行为验证管线（Agent Behavior Verification）
新增 (m) Agent 检查点失败、(n) 跨系统不一致 两种失败模式（总计 14 类）。stdd agent verify 对 Agent 操作序列的 CP 检查点逐条断言，agent_tests/ 独立验证目录，Phase 3
代码验证与 Agent 验证双管线并行。验证对象从"代码"升级到"Agent 行为"。

🛡️ 智能 Guard 分级门禁（Smart Guard）
Guard 从"硬锁死"升级为分级智能提醒：小改放过 + 温和提醒 / 中改放行 + 建议启动 STDD / 大改拦截 + 引导 /stdd-understand。在守住流程底线与降低摩擦之间取得平衡。

🗜️ 流程瘦身：6 Phase → 4 Phase（Slim 6→4）
SLICE + BUILD + VERIFY 三阶段合并为单一 BUILD（understand → spec → build → deliver），阶段推进从 6 次 CLI 变为 4 次。配合 YAML-first：AI 只写 Canonical
YAML，人类可读的 MD 文档在 Gate 时自动生成。流程更简、门槛更低，3 道强制确认门保持不变。

⚙️ Batch Pipeline 批级管线
新增批级 mini-STDD 管线：batch proposal → batch gate --gate 1/2 → batch child add → batch deliver，批量变更共享一次 Gate 1/2 确认，子 change 从 build 起步，deliver
聚合证据生成批级 test-report。CLI 按 流程 / 管控 / 工具 / 维护 / 批量 五组重新组织。

📋 其他改进

• STDD Bootcamp 训练营：5 关实战演练 + 自动评分 + 经验沉淀，AI 新兵一关一关打出肌肉记忆
• 目录收敛：所有项目路径统一迁移到 .stdd/（V3.0.2），UPGRADE_NOTES.yaml 平滑升级
• 新项目冷启动修复 + Zombie change 检测 + 分阶段 AI 上岗手册（onboarding manual）
• Gate 审计链加固：--confirmed-by 必填，确认人与证据可追溯

STDD V3.0 is now available. Key updates since the V2.9.6 stable release:

🧠 Cross-Project Knowledge Graph
A new knowledge-graph.yaml cross-project knowledge network distills failure patterns, architecture decisions, and fix templates from every project's real-world
experience. Four commands — stdd knowledge merge/query/predict/fix — enable cross-project analysis: pattern recognition, remedy effectiveness, trend analysis,
correlation discovery, and risk prediction. The graph auto-merges on DELIVER and feeds risk prediction into SPEC, making hard-won lessons a shared asset for the
entire ecosystem.

🤖 Agent Behavior Verification Pipeline
Two new failure modes — (m) Agent checkpoint failure and (n) cross-system inconsistency — bring the total to 14. stdd agent verify asserts each checkpoint (CP) in the Agent's operation sequence; a dedicated agent_tests/ directory runs the Agent verification pipeline in parallel with code verification in Phase 3. Verification scope
now covers the Agent's behavior, not just the code.

🛡️ Smart Guard (Tiered Gate)
Guard has evolved from hard lock-down to tiered smart reminders: small changes pass with a gentle nudge / medium changes pass with a suggestion to start STDD / large
changes are intercepted and routed to /stdd-understand. Process discipline is preserved while friction is dramatically reduced.

🗜️ Slim Workflow: 6 Phases → 4
SLICE + BUILD + VERIFY are merged into a single BUILD phase (understand → spec → build → deliver), cutting phase transitions from 6 CLI invocations to 4. Combined
with YAML-first: AI writes only Canonical YAML, and human-readable MD documents are auto-generated at each Gate. Simpler flow, lower barrier — with the 3 mandatory
confirmation gates unchanged.

⚙️ Batch Pipeline
A batch-level mini-STDD pipeline: batch proposal → batch gate --gate 1/2 → batch child add → batch deliver. Batch changes share one Gate 1/2 confirmation, child
changes start at build, and deliver aggregates evidence into a batch-level test-report. The CLI is reorganized into five groups: Flow / Control / Tooling /
Maintenance / Batch.

📋 Other Improvements

• STDD Bootcamp: 5 levels of hands-on drills with auto-grading and experience deposition — AI newcomers build muscle memory level by level
• Directory convergence: all project paths migrated under .stdd/ (V3.0.2), with UPGRADE_NOTES.yaml for smooth upgrades
• Cold-start fixes for new projects + zombie change detection + per-phase AI onboarding manual
• Hardened Gate audit chain: --confirmed-by now required, traceable approver + evidence
• All 14 failure modes fully documented (new: (m) Agent CP failure, (n) cross-system mismatch)
• 25 CLI commands, 295 tests all green
