dplyr filter doesn't like single column vector

metric.values()

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Should be done. Might crop in other situations. Was due to bad example data causing the error. Not related to the filter function. Or the use of it.

Also have issue with metric.scores in test for PA index.
