Project not available on VitaDB

VitaDB is a repository for Vita homebrew, just like this one, and I propose publishing it there to connect with the wider Vita community and help both longtime and new RuneScape fans.

VitaDB appears to be a curated repository as I don't see any way to upload, so whether it would be approved depends on the developers stance on abandonware.

This would also make it more difficult to update the vpks (GL port could use some performance improvements), I recommend distributing it yourself for now.
