Feature request: Extension installation via VS Code marketplace

It would be convenient to be able to install this extension via the VS Code marketplace. Benefits:

• Makes it easier to keep up-to-date as new releases are available.
• Eliminates the need for OS-specific installation instructions.
• Likely would allow for use with browser-based version of VS Code, which may be preferable for some users who can't or don't want to install VS Code.
