BCWAV not appearing

I'm not too knowledgeable on the ins-and-outs of audio files- but I was trying to make a 3DS theme and for some reason, BCWAV does not appear.

I've tried multiple versions of the program and it just doesn't appear no matter what I try...

LoopingAudioConverter has never supported BCWAV as an output format, because VGAudio, the library it uses to write BCxxx files, doesn't support it as an output format: https://github.com/Thealexbarney/VGAudio

I'm not familiar with how the BCWAV files are structured so I won't be able to add support for them without some other program to use to create them. (I think vgmstream can read them, but it doesn't write them either.)
