Every conversion shears off 1 sample at the end

Very minute issue, but still one nonetheless.

Example: If I put in a file that's 324560 samples, the output will be 324559 samples.

What source and target file formats are you using?

Source seems to be anything, target is flac. Even if I put the same file in over and over, 1 sample is cut from the end

Can you see if you can get it to happen with this wave file as input? I haven't been able to.

So your file did loop properly. I renamed it to lwav and it also worked. I converted it into a looping flac. So I tried converting that new looping flac file into another looping flac, and one sample was once again trimmed off.

With your source file, convert it into a looping flac, and then convert the output into another looping flac

Okay, I have an update: I tried a BCSTM > FLAC conversion, and the issue was there again. It also happened when I tried BCSTM > WAV. I tried a bunch of other conversions that had the same thing happen, EXCEPT if the source format is VGM. VGM files loop fine, no issues.

So does that mean the issue is related to how files are imported?

It could be related to how those Nintendo files (like BRSTM and BCSTM) are imported. What's odd is that FLAC -> FLAC is fine, but FLAC -> BCSTM -> FLAC exhibits this issue. I'm using vgmstream to import both BRSTM/BCSTM and FLAC; I guess it could be an issue with vgmstream itself.

I think I can work around it by having Looping Audio Converter try importing the file with VGAudio before trying vgmstream - I'll probably do that in the next version, if just updating vgmstream doesn't fix it.
