Handle RAM corruption if device is improperly shut-down on first boot/save states. #2

Description

@XerTheSquirrel

It is possible for RAM to be corrupted when the device is improperly shut-down/reset when the first initial boot of the device happens where the device is being initially setup. The RAM itself has to be deleted, so there should perhaps be a way to detect when the device is not booting properly and warn the user along with potentially fixing it.

It is also possible that save states may corrupt the stored RAM.
