BUG: Python binding for libStorageMgmt slots API

md-raid-utilities/ledmon#270 has new NPEM kernel support. During review and testing I ran into the python binding for the slot support in libStoragemgmt is not working. The C interface it working, thus the problem should be isolated to the python binding which is partially written in C.
