Using libusb-cmake to compile libusb is incompatible with Windows 7 system.

Adding "target_link_libraries(usb-1.0 PRIVATE windowsapp)" in CMakeLists.txt will result in the generated dll being unusable on Windows 7.

That it is not something user should decide manually. Whether that library is present or not - that is a fundamental characteristic of the SDK itself.
