Use the repository's issue forms for confirmed bugs, feature proposals, and setup or usage questions. Include the Python version, operating system, command run, and complete error output when reporting a problem.
Security issues belong in private vulnerability reporting under the repository's Security tab. Conduct concerns should follow CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md. Neither belongs in a public issue.
