Write tests for controllers

Write a couple of tests for controllers to check if the html is populating, that nothing is broken. Test if some element of the html is there. Check to make sure when you hit search it gives you html with at least one facility.

Start with FacilitiesController:

• Main page (seeing a list of categories)
• Search, check if it shows the right path
• Click on a category, show a list of facilities
• Click on a facility, show facility details
• Filtering it (if you get to it)
