Full volume action should reset volume to previous setting after a timeout

There should be a configurable option to change the timeout value for this action. It should remember the ringtone volume and do not disturb settings, then revert back after the timeout.
After auto sms responses are implemented, there could be an option to send an sms then volume is maxed, then another when it reverts back so the person who triggered it gets a status update.
