Nothing out on display

I followed the instruction but the display does not show any output text or image.
SPI driver is also well installed.

Did you check that the jumpers (soldering points on the backside of the
display board) are set for the 16 bit serial interface? (on my module it
says PSX: high; DTX0: high; DTX1: low; DTX2: low)
additionally you should make sure that you used the same pins to connect to
the raspberry pi as described on:
http://projects.pithan.net/lcd-touch-module/
(be aware that sometimes the pins of the raspberry are numbered differently
so check by their names)

How and where can I check the jumper setting?

When I bought the LCD-Module less than a year ago it used the uPD161704A controller and on the version that you got, as far as i can see, a totally different chip (BD663474) is used. I don't know much about this new controller and can't say if it would even work with the library that i wrote even if the configuration and the wiring were correct.

Your module doesn't have the jumpers that i was talking about and by looking a quick the schematic of the new design of the LCD-Module i couldn't figure out how the wiring has to be changed that it runs in a 16-bit SERIAL mode.

I got this display as part of a WaveShare kit DVK511. The jumpers I had to remove were on the DVK511 board itself (see picture) Not sure if this helps any.
