Describe the issue

It seems like the dashboard hasn't been populated with data for a few metrics since mid-December 2025. The incoming commits and # of patchiest per review metrics show no new data.

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to the 'OpenStack' project and onto the 'Development' tab. With the default 365 days window there's no data in the above mentioned widgets.

Expected vs. actual behavior

The expected behavior is for the widgets to show development activity in the OpenStack repositories.
