Download and unpack the appropriate 'artifact', unzip and install the .deb package:

sudo dpkg -i *.deb

or you should be able to double-click it to start the graphical installer.

I am newbie.
But I found and downloaded the artifact for LinuxMint 22: mintreport_1.5.7_all.deb
I extracted into a 'packages' folder in Downloads. When I double the file in that folder a mintreport windo opens:
Error: A later version is already installed
Maintainer: Linux Mint root@linuxmint.aom
Size: 2MB and a 'Install Package' that I could not click but the icon preceeding listed control and data files

Hopefully someone who knows what they are doing will be able to test.
