Just forked the repo, very cool thing you guys have built here 👨💻😎 trying to decipher how to get the software running locally on my machine and yarn start-dev-chain gives error =>
ProviderError: sender doesn't have enough funds to send tx. The upfront cost is: 5817344000000000 and the sender's account only has: 0
What is the series of commands one needs to run in order to get all the parts of the system running locally? Maybe make a dev "getting started" type addition in the README?
