There are few issues with PHPExcel after PHP version update (5.6 -> 7.1) but this one is the most annoying: PHPOffice/PHPExcel#1110

Did you have a chance to review it and adapt ExcelBundle?

As a workaround, i just replaced :

ResponseHeaderBag::DISPOSITION_ATTACHMENT

With the string :

'attachment'

And it worked fine.
