can't open file 'pandas': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Installed Pandas dependency but still having an issues with trying to import the file as pd. Any suggestions?

Try re-installing with pip. Still if that doesn't work you can try python distributions like Anaconda which has lots of modules pre-installed or shipped with it. The pandas module will import right away after installation.

First, try to remove Python 3 if you have it installed. Use Python 2 for now because everything is not yet supported on Python 3.
After that, go to terminal and type which python, and change it to look exact as which python2.7
Then use pip to install pandas and other dependencies.

I have the same problem I had to do this:

sudo pip install wheel
sudo pip install pandas
sudo pip install matplotlib
sudo pip install numpy
sudo pip install scikit-learn

then it worked

I think you should use Pycharm. I experienced the same error and Pycharm helped me in fixing it by asking me to install SciPy.
