Feature Request: Add Status Flag (Enabled/Disabled) to Withdraw Links

Summary

Allow operators to toggle a single LNURL-Withdraw (“lnurlw”) link between enabled and disabled without deleting it. When disabled, the link must not allow withdrawals but should remain fully queryable through the management API/UI (all lnurlw properties visible).

Problem / Use Case

Once a user possesses the lnurlw, there’s no granular way to prevent redemption short of deleting/revoking it globally.

Operators need to temporarily or permanently block specific links (e.g., suspected leak/misuse) while preserving auditability and metadata.
