Some sort of command to give details about upcoming kol holidays, stat days, etc.

Basically, the noblesse oblige calendar but as an oaf command

I was thinking we could get OAF to do a daily post into a locked channel that includes a bunch of this stuff.

That could even include tagging winners of the raffle if they've claimed their account!
