[Bug]启动时一直处于custom.initializing状态，无法打开页面。

🐛 问题描述 | Bug Description

使用git下载好Lobe theme，重启webui后，在页面中一直显示 custom.initializing，无法进入页面。

正常打开页面

1、在 extensions 目录下执行 git clone https://github.com/lobehub/sd-webui-lobe-theme.git
2、关闭webui进程，重新启动webui
3、在chrome里输入webui地址打开
