Revamp Freigthers

Issue

Freitghers have multiple small issues which should be worked on

• Too slow to justify driving back to port.
• Forward view distance is too small.
• Should have doors on both sides like every other vehicle, and allow exiting on the appropriate side.

Proposal

• Make freighters go 2x (or 2.5x) as fast when empty to incentivize retrieval.
• Increased forward view distance
• Add doors on both sides
• When spawned from a stockpile the lid should be open for quick filling.
• When spawned on the right side of a dock they should spawn backwards so that you can get into them.
