Hi, I wanted to ask where the CSS file for the admin dashboard went.

They removed the ability to modify the CSS for the admin dashboard in 10.11

What do you think about submitting the scyfin theme upstream?

This would allow you to apply the theme to the dashboard and also use the theme offline.

This also reduces some maintenance burden when upgrading across major versions.
