[Feature Request] When viewing explore, if I change View Options or Filter Settings, make new URL

My request is that when I'm on this page,

if I change View Options or filter settings, can I get a new URL so that the changes are "saved" to the URL?

My use case is that as a Data Scientist, when I'm sharing this page with non-technical stakeholders, I want to show them a simplified view, or else they'll be too intimidated and won't read the content.
