Adds support for filtering the “simple asset listing” request by context IDs, aligning the SDK’s request DTO with the backend capability requested in issue #1523.

FLootLockerSimpleAssetFilterswith a newcontext_idsarray filter exposed to Blueprint/C++. - Document the new filter via UPROPERTY tooltip comments.
