PYQ files do not open when clicked on the PYQs page

Bug Description

On the PYQs page, clicking on uploaded question papers does not open or download the associated file. The click action appears unresponsive, preventing users from accessing the question papers.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the PYQs page.
2. Select a subject (e.g., Mathematics).
3. Click on any uploaded question paper.
4. Observe that no file opens or downloads.

Expected Behavior

The selected question paper should open in a new tab or download successfully.

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens when the question paper is clicked.

Impact

Users are unable to access previously uploaded question papers, reducing the usefulness of the PYQ section.

Possible Causes

• Missing or broken click handler.
• Invalid or undefined file URL.
• Incorrect file path mapping.
• Frontend routing or linking issue.

I reproduced the issue where clicking uploaded PYQs does not open the associated file. I would like to investigate the frontend logic and file-link handling to identify the cause and submit a fix.

I investigated the issue in the current codebase.

The PYQ cards currently render from a local samplePapers array which contains metadata such as subject, uploader, and upload date, but does not contain any file URL, file path, or download link. Additionally, the "View / Download" button is rendered without an attached click handler.

Because no file resource is currently associated with the displayed papers, the issue appears to require both:

1. A file-link field in the PYQ data model.
2. A click handler to open/download the linked resource.

Could you please confirm the intended file source (local PDFs, uploaded resources, or backend API endpoint) before implementation?
