Daemon mcp issues

This error comes up using Zotero mcp. I don't remember having this error before the daemon. I assumed it was related to long answers but had the same error for a short one.

I'm also getting this and my mcp server down't seem to be running. this is with a custom mcp-server, not zotero. It happens on y-cli chat. the daemon claims the server is running and there's nothing in the daemon log file.
