No longer works after updating to latest VS 2026

Describe the bug
It no longer passes in the full folder path of the file so the .bat or .ps1 file failes to execute

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Right click on a .bat file click "Execute File" and it opens my default terminal but at my c:\users\runxc1 folder and not where the .bat file is so you get an error saying it's not a recognized internal or external command

Additional context
Began after updating VS 2026 about a week ago
