Layers not in sync to each other

With two layers showing electricity price in 24h the first layer has time 00:00 right on top (12 o’clock). Layer two has 00:00 right down (6 o’clock).
How do I adjust them to the same direction?
Is it possible?

Here is a screenshot and another just for comparison
In the outer ring, midnight is at top. The inner ring has its midnight right down at 12 o'clock on the outer ring.
I cant see how to adjust this. I want 00:00 at top for both rings. Its a bit hard to see where 00:00 on the inner ring is but you can see that the cheapest prices are dark green on the rings and blue in the diagram. Sorry for the difference in colors.
