I'm not sure I fully understand your question. Just to make sure, BRCA is the name of the disease, TCGA-BRCA and BCNB-BRCA refer to 2 datasets of the same disease. In BCNB, there is one slide per patient. In Tangle, BCNB is only used as a downstream tasks, whereas TCGA is used for pretraining.
