Baseline Nvim Configuration

Following features added

1. Copilot
2. Buffer completion for markdown
3. Spell check with aspell
4. to save
5. Markdown preview
6. Custom function to inspect all vim options

There is not need to merge this PR for now; as master can occasionally be synced with forked repo.
This will testing of upstream features provided separate neovim instances are maintained.
