Could someone explain what that magic number

If you still interested, this magic number is combination of transformations from mm/min to km/h and km/h to miles/h. We have 1h = 60m, 1km=10^6mm and 1 miles~=1.609km. Quick calculation give us 1*60/1.609/10^6 = 0.00003728226
