Move the tooltip text so it's not obscured by the mouse cursor

This picture doesn't really show the issue because my screen grab program shrinks my mouse cursor to be tiny, but in fact the cursor completely obscures the word 'Starts' and some of 'SHIFT'. It does this on all tooltips.
